OUR PROGRAMS

MEDITATION

Our Guided Meditation is based on the practice of Anapanasati or mindfulness of breathing meditation as taught by the Buddha himself. Complete beginners and seasoned meditators are welcome to join our sessions.

GROUP PRACTICE & STUDY

Grasp a deeper understanding of the Buddha’s teaching with the aim of applying and practicing it in our daily life. Strengthen your resolve in treading the Buddhist path and continue to craft your heart with admirable friends.

KĀYAGATĀSATI

By using the framework of Kāyagatā-sati, or Mindfulness Immersed in the Body, during yoga practice, we bring the mind and body together through the breath. Instead of focusing solely on the physical expression of the poses, we turn our attention to the mind and its intentions, remaining mindful and alert to the body’s posture.

UPOSATHA OBSERVANCE

Held every new-moon and full-moon day of the month, this morning online gathering is designed to support practitioners to grow deeper in their practice even within this urban community.

OVĀDA

Ovāda is a Pali term that means exhortation, advice, or instruction. Just like in the Buddha’s time when he would instruct, encourage, rouse, and urge his listeners on the path, so too the talks on Dhamma from our teachers of today. This seasonal event is where Dhamma teachers are invited onsite to share the Buddha's teachings and participants may ask for guidance and encouragements in the practice.

BREATH BATHING

Reshaping urban open spaces, such as parks, green spaces, open grounds, Breath Bathing aspires to gather practitioners to craft their hearts together to inspire people so they may have a glimpse of a heedful life that is worth living.  This open meditation session is free and open to all.

MINDFULNESS FOR
MENTAL HEALTH
