Whole Body Awareness

A carefully designed class that borrows the systematic routine of yoga combined with a practice that is grounded on the use of the breath to develop sensitivity and attention while moving from one posture to another. Ideal for both beginners and seasoned practitioners, this class aims to supplement the personal cultivation of individuals.

YOGA CLASSES

Book a Whole Body Awareness yoga class at the convenience of your home or office space. 

Book at least three days before the intended first date of the class.

Duration: 1 hour & 15 minutes

Teacher’s Fee (within Metro Manila):  Php1,800 for a class with a maximum of 10 participants.

Venue fees and arrangements are handled by the participants.

Please request for yoga mats, if you need it.
