Guided Meditation

Our Guided Meditation is based on the practice of Anapanasati or mindfulness of breathing meditation as taught by the Buddha himself.

Led by one of the initiators, each session aims to help participants develop mindfulness with the use of the breath. Both complete beginners and seasoned meditators can benefit from our guided meditation sessions.
